Sam IT Services was established by Mr. Ching Shen Tye – Sam (Network Protocol Researcher) in June 2001 while he was working as an independent IT & System Consultant for Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) & SOHO.

With an increasing demand from existing customers, Sam decided to invite well-trained and experienced team members from several IT & Network Research Institutions to join forces with him.

By the end of year 2002, a small System & Maintenance team was successfully established to provide system and network support for the Grampian Area.

In June 2004, with a team of experienced IT Team, Sam IT Services is officially launched in Aberdeen.

In February 2003, Sam realized the business has expanded to a point that he will need a complete IT support team to be able to cope with maintaining a good service and support to his existing customers.
